convenient and affordable stay
helpful staff luggage storage great location
i booked a twin room. it was perfectly acceptable. the staff was helpful with luggage storage before check-in. the location is great with many nearby shops.

central location friendly staff small room
i stayed for four nights. the LOCATION is central, just a short walk to many attractions. reception staff was friendly. my room was on the small side but served my needs well. the PRICE was affordable considering the location.
the shared bathroom, COULD have been cleaner. it was functional but showed some wear and tear.

The location proved convenient. I could walk to Euston Station in about 15 minutes. The reception staff was helpful and available.

friendly staff clean bed
the staff was lovely and friendly. i safety was good as a solo traveller. check in and check out was easy. most importantly i had a clean bed. a spare pillow was nice and a heavier blanket was provided too.
the facilities were less than acceptable.

Central and Convenient Stay!
central location friendly staff
the location is fantastic, it is close to many main attractions! the staff were friendly and took great care of guests, which i appreciate. The room had a cool temperature, a real plus considering the hot weather.
i found the room to be quite small and it did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned (dust bunnies everywhere!). the shower was not easy to use. I wish there had been more attention to detail in these areas.

Mixed feelings about my stay
room cleanliness external noise
The staff WERE helpful, which I appreciated.
My room felt quite cramped. The bathroom was old and needed better cleaning. I also noticed quite a bit of noise from outside, interrupting my sleep. It was DIFFICULT to ignore.
